Chartered Accountants and Chartered Tax Advisers based in Virginia Water, Surrey.

 

What do we do?

 

We specialise in tax and use this to provide pro-active tax driven accountancy advice.  As well as the preparation of accounts and tax returns, we also provide tax consultancy advice on specific tax problems (eg HM Revenue & Customs enquiries) and work with our clients to plan to save tax.  We also provide advice on VAT and payroll related matters.

 

Who do we act for?

 

Primarily individuals and companies in our local area (which includes Virginia Water, Sunningdale, Sunninghill, Ascot, Windsor, Egham, Staines, Chertsey, Chobham, Woking and surrounding areas of Surrey, Berkshire and Buckinghamshire).  We also offer tax consultancy services to other firms of accountants and professionals not specialising in tax.

• Where possible we will agree a fixed fee with you for routine work such as the preparation of your accounts or tax return with no extra charge for sundry minor queries by 'phone or email.
• By working with local clients, we can easily meet as the need arises and for your convenience, we come to you for meetings.
• We encourage our clients to have more regular contact with us than just once a year when the accounts or tax return are prepared.  As so many transactions can have tax implications, discussion before a transaction may identify tax planning opportunities.
• We like to work with you to help you to improve your accounting systems so that you can minimise your accountancy fees.
• We encourage the use of emails both to speed up our service and to enable communication at times that are convenient for you.
